  • You can only buy one Community Pass each month.

  • Passes are not refundable, nor transferable to another person.

Para Transpo Customers

Registered Para Transpo customers are also entitled to purchase a Community pass whether or not they receive ODSP Benefits.

Your Community Pass is accepted on Para Transpo with an extra top up of either cash or bus tickets. For example, from Monday to Friday during the morning rush hour (6:30 to 8:59 a.m.), you must add $2.50 or 2 bus tickets, and at all other times add $1.50 or 1 bus ticket. Extra charges apply to rural zones.

Rural Transit Riders

If you travel to or from a rural area on routes 221, 231, 232, 262, 263 or 283, call us for additional information at 613-842-3636 extension 2873.

Seniors 65+

If you’re 65 or older, you should get a Senior’s photo ID card (proof of age required) and pass. The senior’s pass costs the same as a Community Pass, but is available at hundreds of vendors across the city.
