Eligibility

Para Transpo service is for persons with permanent or short-term disabilities which prevent them from being able to use OC Tranpo's regular, fixed-route transit service.

Contact Para Transpo to receive your Para Transpo application form by mail.
Application for Para Transpo in pdf format, which can be opened using Acrobat Reader / print on legal or letter size paper
A pplication for Para Transpo in Word format / print on legal or letter size paper

You can register by obtaining an application form from Para Transpo. The form must be signed by an appropriate health care professional such as a physician, a physiotherapist, an occupational therapist, or a chiropractor.

Service is also available to qualified disabled persons visiting Ottawa-Carleton.
