Charters
Some group activities require that several people be transported to a particular destination at the same time. Such a situation can make impossible demands on the Para Transpo system. It may, however, be possible to accommodate groups through a charter arrangement.
To charter a vehicle
please provide the following information in writing, 14 days before the
event:
| 1 | date that transportation is required |
| 2 | starting time and duration of the event |
| 3 | pick-up point (s) and destination |
| 4 | name and registration number of each person to be transported. |
Giving this information does not guarantee a reservation. Transportation can be provided only if resources are available for the time they are requested. Once a charter request is received, our staff will determine the availability of resources as well as the cost of chartering the service. This information will then be passed on to you for a final decision.
