Casual Bookings
To reserve transportation, please call one day before service is required.
Customers who are unable to get in and out of Para Transpo’s fleet of
automobiles and therefore need to travel in a Para Transpo wheel-chair
accessible van may call
between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All other customers may call between 9:00
a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Tailoring call-in times to the
type of vehicle our customers need will help all Para Transpo customers get
through to the reservation lines more easily.
Maximum
casual bookings per day
Each customer may initially request a maximum of four casual bookings per
day. However, customers who urgently need more than four one-way trips
through the casual booking process on a given day should call after 2:00
p.m. and ask to speak with a supervisor to discuss the possibility of
additional trips. When resources are available, additional trips will be
provided.
Regular
Bookings
If you have to be at a destination on the same days at the same times each
week on an ongoing basis (for at least one month) you can arrange to have
regular bookings. Once regular bookings are set up you must use these
bookings at least 75 percent of the time or they may be cancelled.
When you are making a
reservation or regular booking, please provide the following information:
