For your safety, we ask every rider to use the passenger restraint system provided. If you use a three-wheeled powered wheelchair, you are encouraged to transfer to a seat.

When boarding and alighting from a lift-equipped vehicle, passengers in wheelchairs must face outward while on the lift.

Drivers cannot handle parcels and groceries so customers should only take what they can carry on to the vehicle and control while the vehicle is in motion.

Animals are not permitted on board, except guide dogs for vision-impaired passengers, hearing-ear dogs for hearing-impaired passengers and registered working dogs for mobility-impaired passengers.
