For Better Service
Please reserve your pick-up time for at least one hour before you want to arrive at your destination. Para Transpo uses a half hour scheduling window for most passenger trips. This means that requests for pick-up times will be accepted on the hour and half hour, and customers will usually be scheduled for pick up within 30 minutes of this accepted time.

If, for example, you have asked for a 10:00 a.m. pick-up, the driver will be scheduled to arrive between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m. You would usually arrive at your destination by 11:00 a.m. However, if you are travelling a long distance, or if being a few minutes late would mean missing your appointment, allow extra time.

If a vehicle has not picked you up within the 30-minute scheduling window, please call our cancellation hotline at 613-244-4636 immediately. This line is used exclusively for cancellations and to make sure that there has been no misunderstanding about your pick-up.

Please be ready on time at the designated entrance. The Para Transpo driver may have other pick-ups scheduled and, if you are not ready when the driver arrives, other customers will be inconvenienced. Drivers will spend a maximum of three minutes searching the immediate area for a customer and are not required to ring apartment doorbells.

Please specify the exact pick-up and drop-off address. Some buildings have more than one entrance, so please advise which doorway you will be waiting at and stay there until the vehicle arrives.
