OC Transpo's alert system notifies you of changes in OC Transpo service, including cancelled trips, detours, elevator malfunctions or more general information.
To register for OC Transpo alerts simply follow the steps provided on the alerts and registration web page. Alerts can be received by email or by text message to your mobile phone. Standard rates apply.
If you choose to receive alerts in sms text format, you will be asked to click on a "Get PIN" button on the registration page. A PIN number will be sent to your phone. This PIN number must be entered into the PIN text box on the registration web page.
The PIN number is an extra measure of security and ensures that you have entered the correct information.
To cancel your OC Transpo alerts subscription, simply text the word STOP as a reply.
If you have forgotten your password visit this page to reset your password. A new password will be sent to you by email.
To change information relating to your account, click on "My Account" from the left side menu. This allows you to change your name, email or your password.
