Para Transpo service will be free for all registered Para Transpo customers from the first day of service until the end of May. Customers must still call ahead to reserve service, and every attempt will be made to accommodate trip requests with the resources available. After such a long strike, we expect that many Para Transpo customers will be trying to call for service, and we appreciate their patience.

Since Para Transpo customers were only able to use their March passes for ten days, their March transit pass will be accepted on Para Transpo during the entire month of June.

Customers who had already purchased May passes to use the essential services offered during the strike should call Para Transpo at 741-6440 ext. 5508 or 5509 for refund information.
