Ottawa
– OC
Transpo will operate a reduced service on Good Friday and Easter Monday.
On Sunday, April 16, OC Transpo will introduce new spring schedules and
reinstate the Rack & Roll program.
On Good Friday buses will operate on
a reduced Sunday schedule and the O-Train will operate on a regular Sunday
schedule. On Easter Monday there will be minor weekday schedule reductions
and the cancellation of all school routes numbered in the 600s,
supplementary school trips and routes 105 and 180.
OC
Transpo Sales and Information Centres will be closed Good Friday, Easter
Sunday and Easter Monday with the exception of the Rideau Centre office
that will be open Easter Monday from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Starting
April 16, OC Transpo will be adjusting service to reflect the lower
seasonal demand. New spring schedules go into effect on most routes. Minor
reductions mainly affect peak period routes and service to colleges and
universities to coincide with the end of their regular school year. New
printed timetables are available at OC Transpo Sales and Information
Centres, through the mail by calling 741-4390, and at www.octranspo.com.
Rack
& Roll returns April 16 for another season. Cyclists can bring their
bikes on any OC Transpo bus equipped with a bike rack. Racks are available
on more than 200 buses and 11 designated routes.
