September 25 to 29 is Transit Customer Service Week

Ottawa -- City councillors and OC Transpo managers will visit five Transitway stations next week to meet and speak with transit riders and hear their comments and suggestions on how the City’s transit system operates. This is an excellent opportunity for OC Transpo customers to speak directly with transit planners and decision makers.

Staff and councillors will be available during the following times and locations:

Monday Sept 25, 6:30-9 a.m., Hurdman Station

Tuesday Sept 26, 3:30-5:30 p.m., Mackenzie King Station (Rideau Centre)

Wednesday Sept 27, 8-10 a.m., Carleton O-Train Station

Thursday Sept 28, 7-9 a.m., Baseline Station

Friday Sept 29, 7-9 a.m., Place d'Orléans Station

This year’s week-long event will include greeting passengers with refreshments, and the distribution of Transit information. Dozens of prizes are available to be won by customers who fill out a ballot at any of the information tables.
