Ottawa – On Sunday, June 24,
reduced summer schedules go into effect on most routes to reflect the
lower demand for service during the summer vacation period.
Service improvements will also be
made to several routes to meet the changing needs of communities. Route
152 will become a fully accessible route, route 169 will be extended via
Morgan’s Grant in Kanata and route 183 will be increased in frequency.
Due to low ridership levels on some
routes, permanent schedule reductions will be made in some time-periods to
routes 123, 127, 141, 149, 156, 165, 173, 178 and 316. In addition, route
41 will be cancelled and replaced with extra service on route 87.
