Summer Services Changes
As part of the recovery plan, OC Transpo will increase bus service as required through June. On June 28, we will restore normal service levels and create more space for customers on buses and trains.
We are reviewing the stop locations on Innes Rd. in Blackburn Hamlet and want to know what you think. The changes will provide customers who travel along the affected corridor with faster travel times, more reliable trips, and a more comfortable ride.
We have been reaching out to staff and customers for feedback on our new March 30 service changes. In response to this feedback, we have added new service on some routes.
We will continue collecting feedback and adjusting service as necessary to ensure that our customers and staff can travel safely.
Effective March 30, schedules will be adjusted on all bus routes.
OC Transpo will be monitoring the adjusted transit service. We will be prioritizing changes that keep sufficient space available on buses and changes that address travel needs to essential services based on staff and customer feedback.
O-Train Line 2 is closing for approx. 2 years in preparation for Stage 2. The last day of O-Train service on Line 2 is Saturday May 2.
Starting on Sunday May 3:
OC Transpo’s Customer Service Centres are being temporarily closed for employee and customer safety due to COVID-19.
