March 30 service change
Starting on Monday, March 30, many bus routes are operating on a Saturday schedule.
These changes reflect lower ridership and maintain service to all neighbourhoods and essential services.
OC Transpo’s Customer Service Centres are being temporarily closed for employee and customer safety due to COVID-19.
Customers can use these alternatives:
The forms provide a new alternative to reserving and cancelling trips by phone. You can continue reserving and cancelling trips by phone if you prefer.
Free parking will be available during winter weather parking bans at these Park & Ride lots:
When a winter parking ban is called, you may park your vehicle in a designated space at one of these lots. Select parking garages also offer free overnight parking during parking bans.
We expect there to be no impact on transit service or transit customers, including Gold permit holders.
Starting Sunday January 5, 2020, many bus routes will have new schedules and added trips. A few service adjustments will also happen earlier on December 22.
Based on your feedback, the Winter Service Change includes service improvements when connecting to and from O-Train Line 1.
O-Train replacement service now includes an Express option.
R1 Express buses may be activated to replace busy parts of Line 1 if the train is not running. R1 Express skips some stations to quickly re-connect you with Line 1 trains. Skipped stations are served by Regular R1 replacement service.
Free Wi-Fi is available underground at Lyon, Parliament, and Rideau stations. Cellular coverage is also available underground.
Never miss a call or message while travelling underground!
