The  DayPass

The DayPass will entitle you to unlimited same-day travel!

Where to buy passes

The DayPass

It’s an economical way to travel and offers another convenient fare choice. Valid as full fare on regular and express routes. On rural express routes, a top-up of $1.00 or 1 ticket is required.

On Sundays and Statutory holidays,  just one DayPass will entitle your family (up to 2 adults and 4 children, age 11 and under) to unlimited same-day travel.

Statutory holidays include New Year's Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Ontario Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Boxing Day.

How to use the DayPass Voucher

Simply show the red voucher to the bus operator and drop it in the fare box.

The operator will print your DayPass with the current date which you can then hold on to and use all day.

*** For the O-Train, you need a printed DayPass, you can't use the red voucher by itself.

Where to buy the DayPass

You can pre-purchase the DayPass from one of our Sales and Information Centres, from one of our vendors* throughout the city, or you can also pay for your DayPass on board the bus on the day you travel. Just ask the operator for a DayPass and deposit the exact fare in the fare box.

* DayPasses may not be available at all vendor locations.

If you're downtown you can also purchase one at the National Capital Info Centre and at participating hotels.
