You probably know that your ECOPASS card has a renewal date at the bottom. However you may not know that you need to get a new card before the end of the renewal date. 

ECOPASS cards are invalid past their renewal date and could be confiscated by a bus operator or Transit Fare Enforcement Officer if the renewal date has passed. 

We don’t want this to happen because we value you as a preferred customer. 

If you see that your ECOPASS is past the renewal date or is coming up for renewal, just visit any one of our four Sales and Information Centres to obtain a new valid ECOPASS and you won't need any paperwork, only your current ECOPASS card.
