Reserve your parking space with a 'Gold Parking Permit'!

You can purchase a Gold permit for a small monthly fee of  $40.25  
and guarantee your parking space. 

The remaining parking spaces in the Park & Ride lots will still be free of charge (except for Baseline and Telesat), but spaces are not guaranteed. 

Hassle-free Parking

Order in Person after the 
15th day of the Month:

A selected number of parking spaces are reserved at the Park & Ride lots and with Gold permit you’ll be guaranteed a parking space in a convenient location. You can arrive late and still have a spot waiting for you. We’ll even mail your monthly permit and transit pass if you sign up for automatic renewal.

Gold permits are available for the following Park & Ride lots:

Eagleson, Fallowfield, Baseline, Greenboro, Place d’Orléans, Telesat and Trim

    
Parking spaces are reserved until 6 p.m. on weekdays.

Gold permits are available at these Sales Centres:

	St. Laurent,  Place d’Orléans & Lincoln Fields Stations: Monday to Friday  7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
	Rideau Centre: Monday to Friday  9:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Saturday  9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday  11 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Most holidays  10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Automatic Renewal Plan
    
With automatic renewal, you avoid the hassle of monthly trips to buy a permit and you don't have to worry about permits being sold out. Here’s how it works: 

• Call 613-741-4390 to order your monthly Gold permit and transit pass. TTY customers may call 613-741-5280.

• Call before the 20th day of the month (we’re open 365 days a year), to allow sufficient time for mailing. 

• Pay with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express). We’ll deduct the cost of your permit and pass each month around the 15th.

• Your Gold permit and transit pass will be mailed to you automatically before the first of each month.

• You may cancel the automatic deduction any time before the 15th of the preceding month.

Baseline Station

  
Baseline will require $17.50 permits at the remaining 'unreserved' spaces for customers who park before 11 a.m. The reserved spaces are for Gold Permit holders.

The $17.50 Baseline permits are sold only at the Lincoln Fields and Rideau Centre Sales and Information Centres.

To Pay or Not to Pay

The remaining spaces in the Park & Ride lots (except for Baseline and Telesat) will still be free of charge, but spaces are not guaranteed. 

How to Purchase a Gold Permit

You can buy a $40.25 Gold permit starting the 15th of the month from one of our Sales and Information Centres, or opt for the Automatic Renewal Plan which allows you to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) over the phone at any time. 
           

Remember, Gold permits are limited in number and available on a first-come first-served basis.

The Gold Parking Permit must be supported by a Pass / ECOPASS for the same month as permits are issued exclusively for transit customers.

Sales Centres can accept payment by cash  Interac or credit card*,  while payment by phone is with a credit card* only.
