Transfers

If you pay with cash or tickets and need to take more than one bus to complete your trip, ask for a transfer when you board the bus - they're free.

Bus TransferTransfers

Bus transfers can be used for any direction of travel, including return trips and stopovers, providing the time has not expired. Transfers are valid for about 90 minutes, check the expiration on your transfer.














Transferring from the bus to the O-Train

Bus transfers can be used as full fare on the O-Train for any direction of travel, including return trips and stopovers, providing the time has not expired. Transfers are valid for about 90 minutes, check the expiration on your transfer.
 

Transferring to STO* Bus Service

STO* accepts our transfers with a top-up. To find out what top-up you need to pay or for further information on transferring to or from STO* click here or call STO at 819-770-3242.

Transferring from the O-Train to the
bus system

If you transfer to a bus, give your O-Train ticket to the bus operator. Request a bus transfer only if you need to take another bus route or if you’re on an articulated bus. On green express routes, a top-up of one bus ticket or $1.00 is required with your O-Train ticket.  On Rural Express routes, top up is $2.00 or two tickets.

POP

With a  bus pass, you can board articulated buses by the rear door. 

If you pay with cash, tickets, a transfer, always board at the front and get a transfer as proof of payment. Daypass holders must also board at the front door.

Be prepared to show your transfer or DayPass transfer on request.
