Lost an item?

If you lost an item, please contact Lost & Found by calling 613-563-4011 after 11 am on the next business day after your loss. By that time, if the item has surfaced, it may have arrived at the Lost & Found.

If you lost an item today and retrieving it is an emergency (for example, medication), please call our Information Centre at 613-741-4390 (open weekdays from 7 am to 9 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 9 pm, and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm).

Found an item?

If you have found an item, please return it to any bus driver, Heartwood House, our Customer Service Centres or an OC Transpo Special Constable.

If you found someone else's bus pass you can drop it into any Canada Post mail box and it will be returned to OC Transpo.
