Rural Express Route 45
This rural express service takes travelers to downtown Ottawa - from North Gower and Manotick via River Road, South Keys, and Confederation Heights. 

Connections are available at Greenboro Station with the O-Train for Carleton University and in downtown Ottawa for Gatineau.

One trip will run from North Gower via Manotick to downtown Ottawa each morning from Monday to Friday and return in the afternoon.

Rural express fares will apply.

Route 186
The 'Friday-only Shoppers' service to Carlingwood travels via  route 186. Each Friday, one trip travels from North Gower via Manotick to Carlingwood at 9:25 am. The return trip to North Gower is at 2:30 pm. from Carlingwood.

Bus service to downtown Ottawa is offered by  Howard Bus Service which operates from 
Merrickville.

Route 509 - Merrickville - Ottawa   (via Burrit's Rapids, Kemptville, North Gower)

    

Park & Ride
Residents in North Gower can park at the North Gower Client Service Centre lot and have direct downtown bus service by taking rural express route 45.
