The northeast* and southwest parts of Walkley Station building will be closed for repair. During the closures, customers will not be able to use the elevator or stairs in the closed sections of the station building. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

How to navigate between the lower and upper platforms

Customers can use the stairs in the remaining open sections of the station building. For more information, please refer to the travel instructions below.
Customers who require an elevator to navigate between platforms will need to adjust their travel. In some cases, this will mean travelling to the next station and doubling back or waiting on the on ramp to the transitway for the 44. Please refer to the tables below and find the travel instructions specific to your travel needs. For accessible travel options, please look for the accessibility icon ♿.

Queensway Station southbound West elevator 1A:

The southbound elevator on the west side of Queensway Station is out of service for unforeseen maintenance. We expect the elevators to be out of service for a few days and regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Customers requiring the use of an elevator to access another platform may be to use the one at the other end of the platform. For example: if you are getting off on the lower westbound platform and require access to the upper westbound platform, you will need to go to the other elevator on the westbound platform, take the elevator to the upper level, go to the other end of the platform and take the elevator down. Once down, go to the other end of the platform and take the elevator back up to the upper westbound platform.
