COVID-19

With the reopening of the economy, transit ridership will increase. We've been working closely with Ottawa Public Health to develop a recovery plan to keep customers and staff as safe as possible. Wearing cloth masks, enhanced cleaning schedules, and protective shields for operators are some of the ways we'll keep everyone safer as we return to normal service.

Submit your EquiPass application by mail

For the health and safety of our customers and staff, Customer Service Centres (CSCs) are closed until further notice. You can no longer drop off your application for the EquiPass in person.

Please mail your application to:

OC Transpo
925 Belfast Road
Ottawa, ON K1G 0Z4

We will not be able to set your discount on a Presto card until CSCs have reopened.

Attention OC Transpo Customers

OC Transpo is asking all transit customers to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in Ottawa. OC Transpo is committed to keeping its customers and staff safe.

  • If you feel sick, please stay home
  • Protect yourself while using public transit
  • Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water as soon as possible or when you reach your destination

Revised S1 service

As the situation evolves, we are closely monitoring our ridership numbers and actions being taken by other Canadian and international transit agencies. In response to ridership numbers, starting on Tuesday, we will end daily S1 service and redeploy those buses to support routes in the rest of the transit network. S1 service can be redeployed, should circumstances warrant.
