St‑Laurent

The Customer Service Centre (CSC) located in the Rideau Centre opens June 29 with temporarly reduced hours:

  • Monday to Saturday 11 am to 7 pm, 
  • and Sundays 11 am to 6 pm. 

All other CSCs remain closed until further notice.


St-Laurent mall access

Starting March 27, the St-Laurent mall will reduce its hours to 6 am - 7:30 pm daily. While the mall is open, all doors except the north door (beside Toys “R” Us) and the upper level door across from St-Laurent station will be locked. To get to St-Laurent station when the mall is closed, use external walkways as shown in the map below.

St-Laurent Station is connected to the St. Laurent Shopping Centre. The station also brings light rail service to the shops and services on St. Laurent Boulevard. Customers will be able to get to the other side of the 417 safely via an underground walkway.
