Provincial shutdown service impacts
With the province-wide shutdown scheduled to start on Saturday, December 26, OC Transpo will close all Customer Service Centres until further notice.
Use these alternatives to purchase your fare:
- prestocard.ca
- Ticket machines at O-Train stations
- Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaws and Real Canadian Superstore locations (depending on store hours)

Fare change takes effect January 1
On Friday, January 1, 2021, new fares will come into effect as approved by City Council.
All fares, except the EquiPass, Community Pass and Access Pass, will increase.

Keep your bike safe with the Bikesecure parking program
On January 1, OC Transpo is launching its Bikesecure parking program. This program will provide customers with a reserved parking spot that will protect their bicycles against theft, vandalism and bad weather.
Bikesecure will offer secure bicycle parking at the following stations:
- Greenboro
- Strandherd
- St-Laurent
- Fallowfield
Customers can register by phone at 613-842-3777.

Overnight Park & Ride spots available during winter parking bans
Free parking will be available during winter weather parking bans at these Park & Ride lots:
When a winter parking ban is called, you may park your vehicle in a designated space at one of these lots. Select parking garages also offer free overnight parking during parking bans.
We expect there to be no impact on transit service or transit customers, including Gold permit holders.
