La Commission du transport en commun reçoit la feuille de route quinquennale d’OC Transpo

Notre réseau ferroviaire est en croissance, de même que l’excitation pour l’ouverture des lignes 2 et 4.

Le 29 juin était une journée chargée pour nous à la Commission du transport en commun. Nous avons fourni des mises à jour sur le marketing de l’étape 2, notre feuille de route quinquennale, le recrutement et bien plus encore!

Nous voulons que vous soyez prêts et enthousiastes pour le lancement de la ligne 2 de l’O-Train vers Riverside Sud et de la ligne 4 vers l’aéroport. Notre plan de marketing vous permettra d’obtenir tous les renseignements dont vous avez besoin pour naviguer sur chaque nouvelle ligne ferroviaire.

Notre plan comprend un nouveau site Web, des médias sociaux, des annonces payées, des partenariats avec des organisations locales, des événements communautaires et un événement de lancement saillant.

Notre feuille de route quinquennale comprend 22 initiatives qui orienteront la façon dont nous nous moderniserons et nous croîtrons sans abandonner la fiabilité du service et la satisfaction de la clientèle.

Recrutement de chauffeurs d’autobus et de Para Transpo

Les efforts visant à embaucher d’autres chauffeurs d’autobus et de Para Transpo avancent rondement. La Commission du transport en commun a appris aujourd’hui qu’à ce jour en 2023, plus de 131 nouveaux chauffeurs d’autobus traditionnels et 19 chauffeurs du nouveau Para Transpo ont terminé leur formation.

Mise à jour sur l’achalandage

L’achalandage de l’O-Train et d’autobus traditionnels a signalé 4,8 millions de déplacements, ce qui représente une augmentation de 1,2 million par rapport à mai 2022. L’achalandage de Para Transpo, qui compte 67 000 déplacements, a atteint son plus haut niveau depuis avant la pandémie.

Projet pilote de transport en commun sur demande

OC Transpo lancera un projet pilote de transport en commun sur demande qui permettra de fournir des mises à jour dynamiques sur l’itinéraire et les horaires afin de réduire les temps d’attente et de déplacement des clients. La date de lancement prévue du projet pilote est la fin de l’automne 2023, et il commencera par un service en fin de semaine seulement.

Une fois le projet pilote terminé, la Commission du transport en commun recevra un plan d’affaires contenant des recommandations sur la façon de procéder.

0:48	Le prolongement de l’O-Train, c’est maintenant!	The dot enters the frame on the red line, then loops around, creating a circle. The number 1 appears in the centre of the circle. The circle transitions to green and a number 2 appears. The circle transitions to yellow and a number 3 appears. The circle transitions to blue and a number 4 appears.
