Route 84 & New Route 114

It is proposed that route 84 be split into two routes, both of which would serve the Hunt Club/Greenboro community. Residents would continue to have connections to the Transitway, downtown, Elmvale and St. Laurent.

The route 84 trips that currently end at Greenboro Station would be extended along the Transitway to Tunney’s Pasture, providing a new all-day link for residents to downtown and employment centres. In the community, route 84 would operate as shown on the map via Blohm, then continue along Blohm and Hunt Club east to Hawthorne.

The portion of route 84 that now operates from the community via Elmvale to Hurdman Station would be replaced by new route 114.

The current one-way service on Esson and on Hunt Club between Esson and Blohm would be removed, but service would be available nearby on Blohm.

New Route 114
It is proposed that route 114
would operate from Greenboro Station through the Greenboro/Hunt Club Park community, similar to the current 84 and as shown on the map, then via St. Laurent Blvd. to Elmvale, St. Laurent and Hurdman Stations.

Route 114 would operate similar hours to the route 84, and would require a regular fare.

Route 85 & New Route 106

It is proposed that route 85 be shortened to operate from Bayshore to Hurdman Station in order to help schedule adherence and improve reliability. Service on the eastern portion of the route to the Smyth Hospital Complex and Elmvale would be replaced by new route 106. Connections between Elmvale and St. Laurent would be provided by new routes 112 and 114.

New Route 106
It is proposed that a new route 106
provide service from Hurdman Station via the current route 85 pattern to the Smyth Road Hospital Complex and Elmvale in both directions. Hurdman Station offers a high level of service with good connections across the city.

Route 106 would operate seven days a week and would require a regular fare.

Route 111 & New Routes 112 & 121

It is proposed that route 111 be split into two routes in order to help maintain schedule adherence and improve reliability. Both routes would continue to serve Billings Bridge.

Route 111 would continue to operate along its current routing between Lincoln Fields and Billings Bridge, then would continue along the Transitway to Hurdman Station to improve transfer connections. New routes 112 and 121 would offer service east of Billings Bridge and on Belfast Road.

Service on Belfast between Tremblay and Coventry would continue to be provided by route 18, and route 127 would continue to serve Michael and Cyrville. There would be no service on Coventry between Belfast and St. Laurent Blvd., but most customers would be within walking distance of route 18 or service at St. Laurent Station.

New Route 112
It is proposed that a new service operate from Billings Bridge Station along the current route 111 pattern to Elmvale, then via St. Laurent Blvd. to St. Laurent and Hurdman Stations.

Customers in the Herongate and Elmvale areas would continue to have a direct connection to Billings Bridge, Elmvale and St. Laurent, plus an a new connection to Hurdman.

Route 112 would operate similar hours to route 111, and would require a regular fare.

New Route 121
It is proposed that a new service operate from Hurdman Station to St. Laurent Station via Terminal, Belfast and St. Laurent Blvd. Route 121 would serve the new Trainyards shopping district and replace route 111 along Belfast Road. This route would also provide a new connection from Belfast Road to Hurdman and St. Laurent Stations.

Buses would operate seven days a week in most time periods and would require a regular fare.
