Safety key performance indicators
To monitor the performance and safety of the OC Transpo network, staff track several key performance indicators (KPIs). As part of our commitment to transparency, below are the KPIs that are regularly reported on at Transit Committee.

Customer injury rate
The number of customer injuries that require transportation to a hospital per 1 million trips. The target rate is 1.036 customer injuries per 1 million passenger trips.
