Join us on March 2, 3, and 4 for the next edition of Para Transpo Talk!

This March, our Customer Care team is heading out into the community for three in‑person sessions at key locations across Ottawa. Whether you use Para Transpo regularly or occasionally, this is your chance to stop by, ask questions, share concerns, and speak directly with our team.

Everyone is welcome — Para Transpo customers, families, companions, and support persons. No registration is required.

Monday, March 2 City Hall Main Lobby 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Get Directions
Tuesday, March 3 Place d’Orléans Shopping Centre Near the Rexall entrance between American Eagle and Purdy’s 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm Get Directions

What’s Para Transpo Talk?

Para Transpo Talk is our ongoing series of customer engagement events. These sessions are designed to help us better understand your experience, answer your questions, and connect you with the support you need.

There’s no set theme for this edition — we’re here to listen and support you, no matter what’s on your mind.

What to expect?

At each location, Customer Care representatives will be available to speak with you one‑on‑one. Whether you have questions about booking, service delivery, policies, or accessibility features, our team is happy to help.

During this series, you can:

  • Para Transpo Talk events take place approximately every two months
  • The format alternates between virtual and in‑person sessions depending on the season
  • A summary of each session is posted online in the weeks following the event
  • Customers can submit questions at any time to parlons_paratranspo_talk@ottawa.ca
