An accessibility page that doesn’t get in your way

We rebuilt our Accessibility page from scratch, with input from riders who actually use it.

Whether you use a mobility device, navigate by sound, need extra time, or support someone who does, this page puts the info you need front and center.

  • Task-first navigation.
  • Mobile-optimized.
  • High-contrast mode.
  • Language that makes sense.

Veterans’ Week

Wednesday, November 5 to Tuesday, November 11

Veterans ride free all week on OC Transpo, Para Transpo and STO. You can even bring your companions.

Wear your medals or uniform, or bring your Veteran’s Service Card. Use Video-chat on a ticket machine to get through fare gates.

Three buses have been wrapped with a mural to commemorate those who have fallen in military service and to honour all who have served.

It is our honour to recognize your valour. It's our small gesture of thanks for the overwhelming sacrifice veterans made on behalf of all Canadians.

A travelling tribute to honour those who have served and sacrificed for Canada.

  • Three double-decker buses featuring a Remembrance Day mural can be seen across the city until the end of November.
  • During Veterans' Week (November 5–11), Canadian Veterans in uniform, wearing medals, or displaying ID ride free on all OC Transpo services.
  • The free service extends to their companions and is also available on Para Transpo and STO buses.

Lest we forget.

🚧 The Track to Algonquin: 🚧  O-Train West Construction

We took students, staff, and community partners 7.5 metres underground for an exclusive tour of Algonquin Station—the future west terminus of Line 1.

They saw newly laid tracks, vibrant green wall tiles reflecting Algonquin's colours, and the 67-metre enclosed bridge that will connect riders directly to campus.

Go behind the scenes on The Next Stop Blog.
