Notice of Full Closure: Highway 174 Westbound between Cameron Street and Trim Road - Nov 18

As part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, motorists travelling Highway 174 westbound between Cameron Street and Trim Road should anticipate mobility impacts.

What:  
Highway 174 westbound between Cameron Street and Trim Road will be closed while crews work on the Highway. The Highway 174 westbound off-ramp to Trim Road will also be closed.

When: 
Tuesday, November 18 at 10:00 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. the following morning.

Why:   
Line painting.

Where:
Highway 174 westbound from Cameron Street to Trim Road.

The construction work outlined in this notice is subject to change. Work may be delayed or extended due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Detour
Motorists travelling westbound on Highway 174 east of Cumberland will turn left on to Cameron Street. They will travel south to Old Montreal Road, turn right and travel west to Trim Road. They will turn right and travel north on Trim Road to reconned to Highway 174 westbound.

Anticipated Impacts
Motorists should adhere to detours, traffic control signage, posted speed limits, allow for added travel time and use extra caution when moving through active construction corridors as traffic patterns change.
