Hwy 174 Westbound - Trim to Tenth Line - Overnight Closure - July 10

As part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, motorists travelling westbound on Highway 174 between Trim Road and Tenth Line Road should anticipate impacts to traffic as crews complete necessary construction activities.

What:          
Highway 174 westbound between Trim Road and Tenth Line Road.

When:         
Thursday, July 10 at 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. on Friday, July 11.

Why:          
Overhead sign installation.

Where:        
Highway 174 westbound between Trim Road and Tenth Line Road.

The construction work outlined in this notice is subject to change. Work may be delayed or extended due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Detour
Motorists travelling westbound on Highway 174 east of Trim Road will need to turn left onto Trim Road and drive south to Old Montreal Road. They will then turn right and travel west to Tenth Line Road. They will then turn right onto Tenth Line Road, and travel north to reconnect to Highway 174 westbound.

Anticipated Impacts
Motorists should adhere to detours, traffic control signage, posted speed limits, allow for added travel time and use extra caution when moving through active construction corridors as traffic patterns change.
