Notice of Long-Term Sidewalk Closure: Richmond Road at Lockhart Avenue
As part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, a section of the sidewalk on Richmond Road at Lockhart Avenue will be closed. A pedestrian detour will be in place. Motor vehicle traffic will not be impacted by this work and the current traffic configuration on Richmond Road will remain in place.
What:
Long-term closure of the north sidewalk on Richmond Road at Lockhart Avenue. A detour will be in place.
When:
Until 5 p.m. on Friday, December 18.
Why:
Utility work, road and sidewalk reconstruction.
Where:
Richmond Road at Lockhart Avenue.

Anticipated Impacts
Pedestrians and cyclists should use extra caution and adhere to posted signage when localized detours are in-place, to ensure safety. Pedestrian access to the businesses at 885 and 887 Richmond will be maintained.
The safety of the public and workers is paramount, and we thank you for your patience during construction.
