For the health and safety of our customers and staff, all OC Transpo Customer Service Centres and ServiceOttawa Client Service Centres will be closing starting Tuesday, March 17.  

During this time, Ticket Machines, Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaws store locations, as well as Prestocard.ca are alternatives for most transactions. ParaPay accounts can be loaded by phone (613-741-4390) or online.

Below are different ways you can purchase or renew transit products:

Purchase a Presto card and/or monthly pass

Load e-Purse

Query your Presto card

Purchase a single ride ticket or DayPass (1, 3, 5, or 7 days)

  • Ticket Machines

Set up auto-renew and/or e-purse top-up

Set a Senior or Youth Concession

  • Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaws

Set another discounted fare type

Until the CSCs reopen:

  • You may send your EquiPass application by mail to:

  • You will not be able to apply for the Community or Access discount. These applications are done in person and processed instantly by CSC staff.
  • You will not be able to set the EquiPass, Community or Access Pass discounts on your card

    • Write cheque to “City of Ottawa”, and include your Client ID and name in the memo field
