OC Transpo buses and O-Train Line 1 will run on a Sunday schedule.
Para Transpo will operate a holiday service. All regular bookings will be cancelled automatically. Customers may begin booking trips as of Monday, May 16 with My Para Transpo or by calling 613-560-5000.
The OC Transpo Customer Service Centre in the Rideau Centre will be open: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
The OC Transpo Lost and Found office at Heartwood House will be closed.
We’ve made 19 additional ticket machines available to customers across the Southeast Transitway and at select stations across the city.
While all existing forms of payment remain available, these additional ticket machines provide more flexibility in buying and loading a Presto card, and connecting with our Customer Service team via video chat.
