St. Joseph Boulevard from Hart Rd. to Bearbrook Rd. - Westbound Closure - August 7

As part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, motorists travelling on St. Joseph Boulevard east of Montreal Road should anticipate impacts to traffic as crews complete necessary construction activities.
What:
Full closure of St. Joseph Boulevard westbound from Hart Road to Bearbrook Road.
When:
Thursday, August 7 from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. the following day.
Why:
Final line painting.
Where:
St. Joseph Boulevard westbound between Hart Road and Bearbrook Road.
The construction work outlined in this notice is subject to change. Work may be delayed or extended due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Detour
Motorists travelling on St. Joseph Boulevard east of Hart Road will use the on-ramp at Jeanne d’Arc Boulevard to access Montreal Road or Highway 174 westbound.
Anticipated Impacts
Motorists should adhere to detours, traffic control signage, posted speed limits, allow for added travel time and use extra caution when moving through active construction corridors as traffic patterns change.
