The Virtual Line: A better way to “line” up
We are introducing a new way to line up at OC Transpo Customer Service Centre in the Rideau Centre. Our new Virtual Line allows you to avoid queuing outside the service centre by providing a ticket number that holds your place in a virtual line. This new system eliminates crowded lines at busier times by allowing customers to spread out if they need to wait to see a Customer Service Representative. This improved queuing system is another way we are working to keep you safer.
- You can select the service you need at the service kiosk located at the entrance to the Customer Service Centre. A ticket with a unique number will instantly be printed.
- You can then watch the call screen installed to the right of the Customer Service Centre. When your number appears on the screen, a Customer Service Representative will be available at the window shown on the call screen.
Once you have received a ticket, we suggest you don't go too far from the call screen in case your number comes up!
