A Sno-Bus rider’s guide to making the most of Winterlude

Lace up your skates and buckle your snow pants—Winterlude is coming!

The Sno-Bus is a free shuttle linking Winterlude sites across Ottawa and into Gatineau—no payment or tapping required

Two new stops for 2026: Crystal Garden at Confederation Park and ByWard Market.

Regular OC Transpo buses and trains are not free during Winterlude—only the Sno-Bus shuttle is complimentary

The Sno-Bus will run every weekend from January 30 through February 16, including Family Day

❄Winterlude 2026 is here and we want to take you there

Ride the Sno-Bus for free to Winterlude events!

The Winterlude Sno-Bus will connect Winterlude destinations across Ottawa and into Gatineau. Look for OC Transpo buses signed “Sno-Bus” at designated Sno-Bus stops.

On Saturday, February 7, you can catch a shuttle from downtown to Rideau Hall for the Rideau Hall Winter Celebration.

We opened Lines 2 & 4 (hello, airport rail link!), powered up the East Extension for testing, rolled out the West’s first train, and completed station after station.
