Adjustments to Lincoln Fields Station
On Sunday, December 6, bus service at Lincoln Fields Station will be adjusted to use a new local bus platform.
The new bus platform makes room for the construction of the Stage 2 O‑Train Station.

School trips adjusted at St. Pius X High School
Starting November 16, some afternoon trips serving St. Pius X High School are changing to match new bell times for senior students.
St. Pius students in grades 11 and 12 will now end their day at 1:50 pm.
Trips on routes 86, 89, 111, and 670 are available to pick-up students.

Better service through Carleton University starts October 18
The extension from Raven Road to Bronson Avenue at Carleton University is opening on October 18.
Line 2 bus service and Routes 7, 10, and 111 will be detoured, and bus stops at Carleton University will be affected.

The Virtual Line: A better way to “line” up
We are introducing a new way to line up at the OC Transpo Customer Service Centre in the Rideau Centre. Our new Virtual Line allows you to avoid queuing outside the service centre by providing a ticket number that holds your place in a virtual line.
Once you have received a ticket, we suggest you don't go too far from the call screen in case your number comes up!

Return to school - We’re ready for you
Updated September 9: We've added more midday trips for students to accommodate early end times
OC Transpo service to Ottawa high schools and middle schools will resume for the school year. This includes the 600-series bus routes and special school service on some regular bus routes.
We are working closely with all four school boards, Ottawa Student Transportation Authority and Consortium de Transport Scolaire d’Ottawa on this year’s back to school plans.

Rideau Customer Service Centre reopened
Our Customer Service Centre in the Rideau Centre is now open with reduced hours.
New temporary hours:
- Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 7 pm
- Sundays, 11 am to 6 pm
Please keep your distance from other customers while waiting or avoid the line by using:
- Prestocard.ca
- Ticket machines at O-Train stations
- Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaws and Real Canadian Superstore locations
Applications for discounted fares can be submitted by mail or fax.
