Fall service change
Starting Sunday, September 5, Moodie Station will relocate and stops will be adjusted at Bayshore Station. School service resumes with new routes to service Holy Trinity High School and École secondaire publique Pierre-de-Blois.
OC Transpo is streamlining all calls to one easy-to-remember phone number.

Starting May 12, all Para Transpo customers can book next-day trips between 7 am and 5 pm on the day prior to their trip. Any customer can call at any time between 7 am and 5 pm.
Para Transpo customers can also use the online trip reservation form as a quick self-serve option for next-day or Statutory Holiday bookings.
On January 1, OC Transpo is launching its Bikesecure parking program. This program will provide customers with a reserved parking spot that will protect their bicycles against theft, vandalism and bad weather.

Starting February 16, we're introducing a new way to pay your fare at Rideau Station. As a trial, you can tap to pay with your credit card and smartphone mobile wallet at one of the fare gates. Only single-ride Adult fares will be charged at the gate during the trial period, and no transfer will be issued.

Starting on December 15, Para Transpo customers can now provide their Presto card number to Para Transpo and our system will confirm to the operator that the pass is loaded.
Once you have provided your Presto card number, show your card to the operator for verification when boarding. There will be no need to carry a receipt with you.
We have finished selecting the names for Stage 2's new O-Train stations.
Take a look at the final names and the new Line numbers and colours.
We are introducing a new way to line up at the OC Transpo Customer Service Centre in the Rideau Centre. Our new Virtual Line allows you to avoid queuing outside the service centre by providing a ticket number that holds your place in a virtual line.
Once you have received a ticket, we suggest you don't go too far from the call screen in case your number comes up!
O-Train Line 2 is closing for approx. 2 years in preparation for Stage 2. The last day of O-Train service on Line 2 is Saturday May 2.

The forms provide a new alternative to reserving and cancelling trips by phone. You can continue reserving and cancelling trips by phone if you prefer.
Free Wi-Fi is available underground at Lyon, Parliament, and Rideau stations. Cellular coverage is also available underground.
