February 20-22 - Highway 174 between Tenth Line Road and Champlain Street - Lane Reductions

As part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, motorists travelling Highway 174 between Tenth Line Road and Champlain Street should anticipate impacts to traffic as crews complete necessary construction activities.

What:          
Lane reductions will be in place on Highway 174 between Tenth Line Road and Champlain Street.

When:         

• Highway 174 westbound at Tenth Line Road – February 20 between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Highway 174 westbound at Champlain Street – February 21 between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Highway 174 eastbound from Place d’Orléans Drive to Tenth Line Road – February 22 between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Why:           
Scanning for anchor locations for bridge security fence installation.

Where:          
Highway 174 between Tenth Line Road and Champlain Street.

The construction work outlined in this notice is subject to change. Work may be delayed or extended due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Anticipated Impacts
Motorists should adhere to detours, traffic control signage, posted speed limits, allow for added travel time and use extra caution when moving through active construction corridors as traffic patterns change.
