Presto card rejections on STO

Some OC Transpo customers who pay by Presto e-Purse may notice their card is rejected when they try to transfer from an OC Transpo bus to STO.
We are currently working with our vendor on a software upgrade to resolve this issue.
Until the fix occurs, please ask the OC Transpo bus operator for a paper transfer after tapping your card on the bus if you know you will be transferring to STO.
OC Transpo and STO operators are aware of the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working hard to get it resolved.
