Loader was towing the OCS hi-rail vehicle on the connector track when the loader contacted a control box on the OCS vehicle. This resulted in minor damage to a fibreglass control box on the OCS Vehicle.
While traveling at a low speed at Albion Yard Maintenance and Storage Facility, a ballast regulator (maintenance vehicle) derailed. There were no injuries and no damage.
At the end of regular service hours at Tremblay Station, a passenger fell into the delineator poles, (which are yellow, flexible, plastic poles that protect the coupled area of the train) and then fell onto the tracks between two train cars. The train then departed the station and made contact with the individual, who sustained a serious leg injury. The Special Constable Unit and Paramedic Services responded to Tremblay Station. The individual was then transported to hospital.
