The Virtual Line: A better way to “line” up

We are introducing a new way line up at OC Transpo Customer Service Centre in the Rideau Centre. Our new Virtual Line allows you to avoid queuing outside the service centre by providing a ticket number that holds your place in a virtual line. This new system eliminates crowded lines at busier times by allowing customers to spread out if they need to wait to see a Customer Service Representative. This improved queuing system is another way we are working to keep you safer.

  1. You can select the service you need at the service kiosk located at the entrance to the Customer Service Centre. A ticket with a unique number will instantly be printed.
  2. You can then watch the call screen installed to the right of the Customer Service Centre. When your number appears on the screen, a Customer Service Representative will be available at the window shown on the call screen.

Once you have received a ticket, we suggest you don't go too far from the call screen in case your number comes up!

Set up auto-renew or an e-purse top up online at Prestocard.ca.

Senior and youth fares can be set at Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaws locations.

New applications and renewals for the Community discount fare are now accepted over the telephone.

Applications for EquiPass and Access Pass discounted fares can be submitted by mail or fax.
