Have you checked out our Rack & Roll practice bike rack? The practice bike rack moves to different locations around the city so that everyone can try it out.

The practice rack is currently located outside of the main entrance of CARDELREC Recreation Complex.

Day in the Life: Special Constable Unit (SCU)

The safety and security of OC Transpo customers is all in a day’s work for the Special Constable Unit (SCU).

Special Constables are sworn peace officers who play an important law enforcement and security role in preserving the peace, preventing crime, providing assistance to those in need and protecting customers and employees.

They regularly patrol stations, trains, buses and all OC Transpo assets and properties to help deter offences and respond quickly to incidents. They’re also much more than that.

We caught up with Sergeant Flint with OC Transpo’s Special Constable Unit (SCU), to find out more about how they’re working 24/7 to keep our transit system safe and help customers.

Fall service begins Sunday, August 24, 2025

These adjustments reflect seasonal changes in ridership. Use the Travel Planner or Transit app to check if your regular trips are affected.

Highlights

  • 600-series school routes and special school trips on regular routes will resume.
  • Weekend service to summer destinations on Routes 8, 125, and 139 ends.
  • NEW Route 105 will run 7 days a week between the Airport and St-Laurent Station, serving VIA Rail at Tremblay Station and the Southeast Transitway.

Monthly fare capping with Presto available August 1

Load funds to your Presto card and tap your card as usual to pay per ride. When you take enough trips to reach the price of a monthly pass, your charges for that month will be capped and the rest of your trips for that month will be free!
