March 30 service change
Starting on Monday, March 30, many bus routes are operating on a Saturday schedule.
These changes reflect lower ridership and maintain service to all neighbourhoods and essential services.
Starting March 27, the St-Laurent mall will reduce its hours to 6am - 7:30pm daily. While the mall is open, all doors except the north door (beside Toys “R” Us) and the upper level door across from St-Laurent station will be locked. To get to St-Laurent station when the mall is closed, use external walkways as shown in the map below.
The station is located at the south end of the mall. From the north entrance, head either east or west then follow the path south.
Following the successful implementation of rear door boarding on conventional buses due to the COVID-19 pandemic, starting today, we are implementing a similar solution for all Line 1 trains.
For the health and safety of our operators and customers, you are asked to board and exit using the back doors only. Customers with accessibility needs may still use the front doors. Please do not approach the operator. Customers who normally pay with cash will not be able to pay.
This measure will allow us to keep our service running during the COVID-19 pandemic.
OC Transpo’s Customer Service Centres are being temporarily closed for employee and customer safety due to COVID-19.
