Before you call
- If you have lost an item on an OC Transpo bus, train, Para Transpo minibus, or at a station or stop, you must report it in the Lost & Found online tool.
- If you’ve lost an item in a Para Transpo contracted taxi or van, use this dedicated form to report it (taxi/van only).
- If you call us before reporting your item online, we will ask you to start with the Lost & Found tool.
